"I've been a customer of State Farm for over 16 years and a customer of Rich's for over 13 years. Rich and his staff are amazing and honest. If I ever have any questions I know I can always call and talk to someone right away and get a straight answer. Rich took care of me personally after I had my car accident and I couldn't have been happier with the service considering the event. State Farm is a good insurance company and this office is wonderful."
